Our Services
Options to Meet Your Needs
-
Individual Counseling
Our individual counseling sessions provide a confidential and compassionate space for personal exploration and healing. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, addiction, or other emotional challenges, our therapists integrate faith and psychology to help you uncover and address the root causes of your concerns. Together, we'll work on developing coping strategies, building resilience, and fostering personal growth in alignment with your values and beliefs.
-
Marriage Counseling
In marriage counseling, we focus on strengthening your relationship through open communication, mutual understanding, and shared goals. Our approach combines therapeutic techniques with Catholic principles to help couples navigate conflicts, improve intimacy, and build a more fulfilling partnership. We provide a supportive environment where both spouses can express their needs and work collaboratively towards a harmonious and loving relationship.
-
Child and Adolescent Counseling
Our child and adolescent counseling services are tailored to meet the developmental needs of younger clients. We provide a safe and engaging space where children and teenagers can express their feelings and work through issues such as behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, and social challenges. We believe in the importance of secure attachment between children and parents, and we value including parents in the counseling process.
-
Family Counseling
Family counseling is designed to address dynamics and challenges within the family unit. Our counselors work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger connections. By incorporating Catholic teachings and values, we aim to support families in fostering unity and understanding, creating a nurturing environment where each member can thrive.
-
Presentations
Part of our mission is to support the wider community by offering psycho-educational presentations about a variety of topics. We strive to integrate the best of psychology with Catholic faith in these presentations, which can be tailored to meet the needs of your church, school or community group. Past presentation topics have included Understanding Parenting Styles, Building a Strong Marriage, and Bullying.
-
Supervision
We are pleased to offer supervision for Residents in Counseling in Virginia, and to supplement supervision for Residents in Marriage and Family Therapy (up to half of required hours). Supervision is tailored to your needs and focused on your growth as a clinician, so you can provide the very best care to your clients. Our supervision can support you in integrating faith into counseling in an ethical and respectful way, as appropriate to each client.
